Today is 31st December.Couldn't wish you at 12 am so doing it now.HAPPY NEW YEAR.

This is my last ever post of 2009.In this year I made my CENTURY of posts,got my first award for this blog 'Honest Award',held the contest for getting your blog reviewed 3 times,my blog got 10,000 visits crossed and much more.Even I wrote 61(including this post) posts this year,even I got Play Station 2 which I wanted to get from some 4 years.One of the best things which happened this year, in fact the thing happened in this month only.I got a work on and upcoming online magazine Readers Quotient for writing interesting facts.They saw my blog Interesting Facts and commented on the post 'Interesting Facts About Venus' offering me the work.Here is their site - READERS QUOTIENT This magazine would be launching on 12th January or 26 January.Anything can happen so keep your fingers crossed(by the way I don't think anything happens with it).
Moving to the next year.Hoping that it would be a great year.I will hold a contest as my first post of the 2010 year.This time it would be Find Differences between Pictures.

NEW ORKUT

Hello everybody.As you all know that a new version of orkut has come.You can see it on Orkut Official Blog. But it is an invite only(until now) and I got it.I will tell you the new features in it.

If you are invited you will see a 'TRY THE NEW ORKUT' button right to the communities option.

 

Click that button and you will see the new version of orkut.Before that,I wanted to tell you that the first Orkut version is still in BETA.Now let me show you the new orkut.

As you can see my status message ' Facebook+A little bit Twitter+Some orkut team's ideas=  New Orkut.Now lets talk about the changes.You can change you picture very easily.Now you don't have to go to profile edit page and change your photo.You need to keep your cursor on the picture and you will see an option at the bottom of the picture"Change My Picture"You need to click that option.You can see the pictures instead of the names of the Recent Visitors.Now you can see the latest status message just like Twitter.The other new feature is that you can change the colour of your profile with 5 different options-Blue,Green,Orange,Pink and Black.If you will open the profile page you will be able to see only the Social part of your profile.To see the Professional and Personal parts of your profile you need to keep your cursor on More option and click the Additional Profile Info option.

Now you can even comment on the status messages of the people who use the new orkut version.(Just like facebook)

Now,on the new orkut you can see all your friends and communities just by scrolling.

There are many more new features in the new orkut.I think that the users which use facebook and twitter also will not be much pleased with the new orkut because it is copied from facebook.Even I did not liked it much.I did not loved it and I even did not hated it.The change was expected by users.I saw the status messages and I saw that many users loved the new orkut.Now let me rate the new orkut.I rate the new orkut:-

HAPPY DIWALI

Diwali has come and I wish you all a very happy DIWALI.As you all know many people love cracking crackers and they injure themselves.Last time I injured my foot a bit so I have some tips for you people.Here I go:-

1.Keep fireworks in a closed box.Take then out one at a time and put the lid back at once.

2.Follow the instructions on each firework carefully.Read them bye torchlight-never by naked flame.

3.Keep pets(if you have) indoors

4.Light fireworks at arm's length-preferable with a safety firework lighter or fuse wick.

5.Stand well back.

6.Never go back to a firework once lit - it may go off in your face.

7.Never throw fireworks.

8.Never put firworks in pockets.

9.Never fool with fireworks.

10.Keep a bucket or two of water handy just in case.

India out of Champions Trophy

Hello Everybody.Yesterday,India won from West Indies but Pakistan lost from Australia so India's win for going into the semifinals turned into a consolation victory.

Indian bowlers fought hard and restricted West Indies to 129 all out in 36 overs.Virat Kohli batted very well and made 79 runs not out.India made 130-3 in 32.1 overs and won the match.But Pakistan lost from Australia and India's win just got wasted.Pakistan bowled very well and took the match to 50 overs.They had made only 205-6 and Australia took 50 overs to make 206-8.Looks like Australia want their 1st ODI position back.

Dussehra is a the festival of Victory of Good over Evil.

In India harvest season begins at this time and as mother earth is the source of all food the Mother Goddess is invoked to start afresh the new harvest season and to reactivate the vigor and fertility of the soil by doing religious performances and rituals which invoke cosmic forces for the rejuvenation of the soil.On the day of Dasha-Hara, statues of the Goddess Durga are submerged in the river waters. These statues are made with the clay & the pooja is performed with turmeric and other pooja items, which are powerful disinfectants and are mixed in the river waters. This makes water useful for the farmers & yields better crops.

Champions Trophy 2009(Results)

Hello people.In this post I will tell the result of yesterday's matches.One in detail and another one not in detail.

West Indies vs Australia

Result-Australia beat West Indies by 50 runs

India vs Pakistan

This match started with Pakistan batting.Their openers were Imran Nazir and Kamran Akmal.They made a little bit good partnership of 29 runs.Imran Nazir(20) was the one to get out by Ashish Nehra.After three wickets had fallen we saw a great partnership of 206 runs by Mohammed Yusuf(87) and Shoaib Malik.Yusuf got out and when he got out the score was 271-4.This led to a great score by Pakistan.That score was 302-9.Then India came to bat and they lost their first wicket as Sachin Tendulkar(8).The team's score at that time was 23-1.Then Rahul(76) Dravid and Gautam Ghambhir(57) made a partnership of 77 runs.After that there was only one man with good score.It was Suresh Raina(46).India scored 248 all out in 44.5 overs.I think if they didn't lose wickets they would have won.

Hello everybody.Yesterday there was a match between England and Sri Lanka.England beat Sri Lanka by 6 wickets.

The match started with Sri Lanka batting first.Their openers were Sanath Jayasurya and Tilkaratne Dilshan.The 1st wicket fall down Sanath Jayasurya on 7 runs.He made 0 runs.The second one to go back to pavilion was Dilshan.He also got out when team was on 7 runs.He made 2 runs.England bowlers were looking good but in the middle order of Sri Lanka.Angelo Mathews made 52 runs and Thilina Kandamby made 53 runs.Because of these two batsmen Sri Lanka was able to make 200 runs.Their total was 213-10 in 47.5 overs.Stuart Broad took 5 wickets from England's side.Then England came to bat.Their first wicket went on 9 runs and second on 19 as Andrew Strauss(9) and Joe Denly(5) respectively.But then Owais Shah and Paul Collingwood made a 63 run partnership.Owais Shah made 46 and Paul Collingwood made 44 runs.After that Eoin Morgan(62) and Matt Prior(28) took England to the win in just 45 overs.

Hi everybody.I am here with my new story: A Fan's Life.It is related to an incident in the 2007 Football World Cup Final.

Here is the story:-

A FAN's LIFE

Vicky Bhattacharya, a 14 years old boy was a big fan of Zinedine Zidane, a French football player. He wanted to become like him and also meet him. His father Vikram Bhattacharya found a football coach for Vicky. The name of the coach was Ronney Budine. He started coaching Vicky. In 7-8 months Vicky learned very much of football. He became 15 years old in between the training. When the training was over Vicky became 23 years old and his coach got a problem in his stomach. Vicky went to his coach and said “Thank you very much for training me and making me a perfect football player. Now I just want to do one thing” “What do you want to do?” asked Ronney “It is very close to my favourite player” said Vicky “OK do it” Ronney said Vicky hit his head on Ronney’s stomach and Ronney died and the Vicky got scared and ran from there.

The Secret Seven:Shock For The Secret Seven

Here is the story:

Dogs are going missing all over town, and when poor Scamper also disappears and they also suddenly become the Secret Six, can they find it within themselves to solve the mystery?

Here is the Review:It started all well in the first chapter and in the second chapter Secret Seven had a meeting.In that meeting Secret Seven got broke down to Secret Six because Jack left it in anger.After that in the 8th chapter dogs started being stolen with SHADOW,Matt the shepherd's dog.This dog thief stole about 9 dogs and then it was SCAMPER,Peter and Janet's dog.It was a golden spaniel.This dog stealing got bigger and then Secret Seven oops Secret Six got to work.Jack also got to know about this and he also searched for the dog-stealer.In the end Jack was the one to get the thief and with this Peter got him back in the Secret Six oops now once again Secret Seven.How Jack got out of the Secret Seven and who was the dog-stealer read this book.I will rate it 4/5 for its great suspense.

New game review:Secret Builders

Here is a new game called Secret Builders.

I played them but was not able to find any game which can compete Club Penguin.But now I found one-Secret Builders,a great game.I would say just a few updates,more places and more good mini games will make it better than Club Penguin.It has a Wheel Of Fortune in it also.We can win many things from that.In this game we can even cast spells on another users.I love that feature.Now the bad things.You know what I want to say-MEMBERSHIP.But in this game there is no membership but like that we have SUPERSHILLS or we can say SUPERMONEY.In this game we say SHILLS to silver coins and SUPERSHILLS to gold coins.We can win 50 SUPERSHILLS in the Wheel Of Fortune.This is a must play game.

Because we can get those SUPERSHILLS by Wheel Of Fortune I will give it

New multiplayer game-Franktown Rocks

Hello everybody.

Here is a new multiplayer game like Club Penguin,Webosaurs,Planet Cazmo,Spineworld and Chobots.

FRANKTOWN ROCKS.

In this game we have to choose our player.We have four options-Hamster,Bear,Pig and Skunk.

You can even choose your house in it.It also has four options.

The places are good in it.We can even virtually play some instruments in some shops.You should definitely try that out.The minigames are nice.It has many more things in it.

You should definitely try this game.

RAKSHABANDHAN Special Post

As you all know I wrote a special post on FRIENDSHIP DAY.I think that I would be busy tomorrow because of this RAKSHABANDHAN so I am posting it now.Now I will write one more special post because of RAKSHABANDHAN.Here is a paragraph copied from WIKIPEDIA.

Moving into the nineties

Hello everybody!!!

This is my 90th post.Now I need only 10 posts for my hundred post,I mean CENTURY.

I hope I get my CENTURY easily.Let me list somethings which can happen to stop my hundred posts.

1.If anything happens to my internet connection and when it is repaired I just leave this blogging.

2.If I stick to any new game.

3.If I just get bored of blogging and delete my blog just after this post.

4.If anyone hacks my profile and delete my account.

The last thing -If it happened I would never be able to even touch the computer.

5.If I die.

Hope nothing happens,especially the 5th point and I get my CENTURY easily.

Three more multiplayer games

As you know I told you about CLUB PENGUIN some time ago and about WEBOSAURS just 2-3 days ago and now I will tell you about three more games like them.One is CHOBOTS another one is SPINE WORLD and the last is PLANET CAZMO

First let me review CHOBOTS.

I didnt like CHOBOTS very much.It's nothing for non members.It is very nice for the members but for it doesn't have much for non members.Like We can buy a pet but can't take it for a walk.There is only one good thing for non members and that is the minigames in it.

Just because they have not kept many things for Non-members.

Now my review of SPINE WORLD.

SPINE WORLD is a nice game.I found it in Miniclip.Now it is the top game in the miniclip.First it was CLUB PENGUIN but I don't think it is better that CLUB PENGUIN.It has nice minigames and nice places.In this game also we have to be a member to do more fun.Membership is the only thing I don't like in these games.

Now the review of PLANET CAZMO.

PLANET CAZMO is also a nice game.In this game we are on a skateboard.I liked a thing that we can even throw parties in it,even the non members.The places in it are awesome.But still one problem is there-MEMBERSHIP.I have not played it much but still I would say it is a nice game.

A new multiplayer game-Webosaurs

A new mulitiplayer game is out-Webosaurs.It is like Club Penguin but here we use Dinosaurs as our avatar.This game is still in BETA mode.I found it on a site.It is a nice game.Firstly you have to make a account on it and then enjoy the game.Some areas are locked in the game which can be unlocked by finding secret items.It has some minigames also.You should play this game.I dont think that this game is better than Club Penguin but it is good.

My Rating to this game

7/10 because I have not unlocked the locked areas but still a good game.

My Summer Vacations

Hey friends.

This post is to tell you that my vacations are coming to an end.They will be over on 13th July.

I would not be able to post many posts.But when Champions Trophy will start I would try to post about it.

This time in Summer Vacations I didnt went anywhere.I thought that i would go to Delhi to my cousin's house but I didnt went there.These holidays just got wasted and wasted and now they is ending.This was the worst Summer Vacations ever.I hope I will enjoy the school after the vacations.

Movie Review:BOLT

Hello everybody.

BOLT is a disney movie released on 26th June in India.I am gonna review the movie.

THE STORY

Here is the story of the film:-

Bolt tells the story of a dog who is convinced that his role as a super dog is reality. When he is ripped from his world of fantasy, and action by his own doing. His own obsession with his owner and keeping her protected from the green eyed man of the television show he works on completely absorbs his life. This takes him to the point of no return when he believes that she has been kidnapped, and he accidentally gets packaged and shipped to New York city in pursuit of his owner. This is when the story unfolds, and he goes through a transitional

period where he learns that he is as super as every other dog. His disbelief of his abilities being non existent fuels a lot of different emotional changes, and eventually comes to a reality of who he really is. This all culminates when he finds his owner and reunites with her in the action packed climax of the movie.

MY REVIEW

The starting 15 minutes of the movie is a little bit boring but After Bolt is lost then the story gets interesting.It takes turns and twists.Then in the end Bolt returns home.I enjoyed the movie and I suggest you to download it from the internet.
